Wills, Probate & Estate Planning
Preparing a will allows you to ensure your affairs will be dealt with in accordance with your wishes and to make provision to ensure the financial security of your family and dependents should anything happen to you. We will guide you through the process of making a will and deal with any legal or taxation issues that may arise during the process. We are highly experienced in providing comprehensive advice on all aspects related to making a will. When advising our clients, we always emphasise the importance of planning ahead. We consider many aspects, such as the family circumstances, the type and value of assets, dealing with minors and appointing exectutors, guardians and trustees. We draft wills to reflect personal circumstances after providing our clients with specialist advice. Patrick Buckley & Co. Solicitors has a long tradition of providing a sensitive, professional and confidential service to clients who wish to make a Will and to Executors/Administrators in the administration of Estates.
Probate and administration of estates
The death of any person is a traumatic experience and we do our utmost to help those people left behind through that difficult period by providing clear advice in an effective and sympathetic manner. We are here to help from the beginning in terms of ascertaining the deceased’s wishes, gathering the assets and distributing same in accordance with the law and the deceased’s wishes. Unfortunately many people die without having made a will and in those circumstances we advise regarding the law of intestacy and thereafter the administration and distribution of the estate.
Unfortunately disputes may arise in probate situations. We have a great amount of experience acting for both children and executors in relation to this and any other type of probate dispute.
